Being a Certified Bulletproof Coach and having completed my training with the Bulletproof Training Institute this year I’m now professionally accredited by a worldwide, leading authority in whole person human potential development, I can coach clients to enable them to achieve their life goals and realise their full potential.

The Bulletproof Diet: Ketogenic Diet and Intermittent Fasting

A ketogenic diet is a low-carbohydrate, high-fat, adequate protein diet where your body uses ketones to make energy, instead of sugar or carbohydrates. A ketogenic diet can help you lose weight and improve many different aspects of your physical and mental health. As a Bulletproof Coach, I can help you formulate a personalised diet and understand the benefits of intermittent fasting, and how different cooking methods can enhance or deplete food quality. In short, I can help you ensure you get the maximum benefit from the foods you choose to eat.

Nutrients and Macro-Nutrients

To succeed with a ketogenic diet, you will need to know the differences between essential and non-essential nutrients, macro-nutrients, fat, protein, and carbohydrates. To further help you, I am trained to differentiate between food allergies, intolerance, and sensitivities, and I can support you in identifying your personal kryptonite foods and beverages. In my experience, a personal coach is crucial in helping you overcome difficulties associated with diets, including helping you to address food cravings, hunger and food addictions. After all, we are all human and we all struggle – and make mistakes – at times. I fully understand this, and I want to be there to support you through the good times and the bad.

Physical Activity and Training Supplements

Apart from what you actually eat, a healthy lifestyle has to include physical activity. For this, you will need adequate energy levels; I will help you understand energy enhancement and depletion, how to optimise your energy, and the science behind this. Since everyone works out for different reasons, you will need a Coach that knows about supplements, protein powders, and interpreting supplement labels, as well as Cardiac Coherence Training and heart rate variability. Luckily, I can help you here as well!

Stress and Sleep Problems

Bulletproof Coaching addresses problems associated with sleep since adequate, quality sleep is absolutely essential for good quality of life. My training has included looking at sleep disturbances, such as insomnia, sleep apnea, and narcolepsy, and I am able to guide you through techniques and processes that are aimed at improving your quality, and quantity, of sleep.

As well as inadequate rest, many people are already aware that stress can have a negative impact on their mental and physical health. I can help you adopt practical strategies for managing stress if you are performing under pressure, or just not coping well with certain aspects of life.

Practising Mindfulness

The concept of Presence is what makes Bulletproof Coaches different from all the other coaches you are likely to come across. We work with perception, mind, emotion, and energy. My training has taught me how to be centered in Presence and use that Presence as a spring for inspiration, wisdom, and resilience. Coaching from Presence facilitates deep insight and transformation and I want to be able to pass that onto you in your quest to be the very best you can be. I can pass on to you the positive effects of mindfulness and meditation on your overall health, resilience, and performance.

The Human Brain and Cognitive Performance

I have received training on Brain Health Fundamentals, which is basically how psychological processes interact with the nervous, immune, and endocrine systems of the human body. Cognitive Performance includes looking at the main brain states and accessing states that enable high performance. If this all sounds a little scientific or biological for you, don’t worry; I have a full and thorough understanding of the entire human body, and this includes physical and mental health, learning, and development.

Life Skills and Happiness

Since Bulletproof is also about developing skills in areas such as communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence, you could be interested in Bulletproof Coaching in the interests of developing new skills. Perhaps you are interested in stress management, or spiritual or personal development. This can include developing self-awareness, self-confidence, or clarifying life purpose. An aspect of my training was called Hacking Happiness, in which I looked at cutting-edge research of Positive Psychology and The Psychology of Success. As a Bulletproof Coach, I am indeed committed to helping you be happy and successful!

My nine-month course included an eight-week Mindfulness Training Program, over 150 hours of training, and guided coaching practice sessions. It was worth every minute of it. I am now what Bulletproof classes as an expert in ‘’Whole Person Human Potential Development’’ and I very much look forward to supporting and guiding you on your personal journey.
